My name is Dana Zumwalt and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003, specializing in a firm pressure, Therapeutic massage. My massage technique is slower than the average so I can feel your muscles relaxing and I can help stretch and lengthen them as well as working to release your tendons for a longer-lasting result. I tend to work along your Meridian paths as well which helps open and restore energy flow within your body.

Reiki Energy is also provided during the massages. At the level of your soul, you know what you need, and you pull that energy. All you have to do is be open to the healing and your soul will take care of the rest. I am simply a conduit for the energy to flow through me into your body. Many clients have been comfortable enough to share with me their experiences after the massage and it's quite interesting what can come through during the session. Please understand, I am clueless when this happens. These messages are for you only and should you receive/experience anything like that, they are not coming from me… again, just through me!
More About Me
I enjoy helping people to feel better and I am constantly amazed at the human body and its ability to heal itself, especially when we quit irritating it!! I enjoy working with clients on specific muscles and muscle groups to see what we can do to improve their situation in the long run. It is in this spirit that I continue down my path in massage therapy, energy work and other healing arts as a whole. In my clients, I see the healing potential for myself and I THANK ALL OF YOU who allow me to work on you and share in my own journey towards wholeness and wellness.

Because my approach to the human body is more therapeutic, I tend to be slower in working with the muscles. Sometimes 60 minutes just barely let us get started, therefore I recommend a 90-minute massage if you have specific/injury work that needs to be done. If you are just looking for relaxation, a 60 minute would be perfect! There is a note section in the booking site where you can feel free to let me know what you're looking for, any specific areas you want worked on, or if you would like me to call you before your appointment. If everyone keeps in perspective that you are booking a Massage then I think we will be fine. If you have a severed limb, I ask you to consider the Emergency room as I will not be equipped to handle your situation!

18 years old and Under: A Permission form must be signed by your parents/legal guardian before the massage can take place. The form should be on the website, please bring signed with you, especially if your parents are not with you at appointment. If you are under 16, your parent must stay in the room during the appointment.
